Foodquest Recipe 1

These carrots are sweet, soft, delicious.  But the sweetness is not overpowering, more like a mild apple.

Thin carrots, whole or chopped into rounds.
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp honey
dash of salt.

Heat pan on medium to medium high heat.
Add oil and spread over pan, then immediately add carrots.
Listen to them sizzle!
Cook carrots until they begin to become soft.
Once they begin to soften, add the honey, and make sure that the heat is low enough that the honey does not begin to carmelize (unless you are partial to burnination).
Cook until fully soft, then remove from heat.  Salt to taste and serve!
